Shipping policy
Glitz currently only operates in South Africa.
We offer two convenient methods for receiving your order v
1. Store pick up (available for products fulfilled by Glitz)
- When you choose this option, you will receive an email, when your order is ready for collection (usually within 24 to 48hrs) at Shop 34, Liberty Promenade, Mitchell's Plain.
2. Shipping
PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE MAY BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM OUR SUPPLIERS, LOCALLY AND OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA.
a. Orders fulfilled by GLITZ
- Items fulfilled by GLITZ will be shipped within 48hrs (Allow 2 to 4 days thereafter for delivery). A tracking number will be sent via email when the order has been fulfilled by GLITZ.
b. Orders fulfilled directly by our Suppliers
- Some products on our website may be shipped directly from our Suppliers (PLEASE READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION TO VERIFY IF AN ITEM IS FULFILLED BY GLITZ, A LOCAL SUPPLIER OR A SUPPLIER OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA)
- When an item/s are shipped directly to our Customers from our Suppliers, you will receive a tracking number from our Suppliers via email.
c. Shipping Times for Suppliers
- Local Suppliers (South Africa) - 7 to 14 days after fulfillment
- International Suppliers - 14 to 40 days after order has been fulfilled
PLEASE NOTE : THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ANY/ALL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES FOR ITEMS SHIPPED FROM OUR SUPPLIERS OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA.
